Kenny’s Arizona workshop was exceptional and delivered on every promise — wild horses, rare owl nests with owlets, stunning sunrise and sunset locations, beautiful Milky Way spots, and quiet scenic places I never would have found on my own. Chasing horse herds and photographing wildlife with Kenny’s guidance was unforgettable. I also loved the small group size and the sense of friendship we built staying together in the Airbnb — it felt like traveling with close friends. Kenny is humble, patient, and generous with his knowledge, offering great shooting and post-processing guidance while making sure everyone got personal attention. He made the most of every opportunity, even our one clear night for astrophotography. Special thanks as well to Cody and Sarah, whose help, warmth, and support added so much to the experience. A truly memorable workshop I highly recommend.

This was the 5th or 6th trip I had with Kenny. I think that should say a lot. He always is an amazing host, mentor and friend. The people that come to these trips are just as great! Kenny is an amazing guide, photographer, instructor and all around outstanding dude! He had amazing locations. Great compositional feedback and site information. He kept us well informed. He provided several editing classes from basic to advanced. Don't hesitate, take the workshop! This is my second workshop with Kenny. I have been shooting for over 10 years and consider myself an experienced photographer and editor, but wanted to up my game from someone I respected.

Kenny’s workshops are amazing informative and just pure fun. We laugh we cheer and learn every step of the way. His locations are perfect with small hikes along the way. Kenny’s workshops are excellent! The locations are variable due to weather and conditions but despite the on-the-fly nature of the itinerary, it feels well planned and researched and that you are set up for success. Kenny is very good at teaching and explaining composition, lighting, and editing and I come out with photos that I am proud of and the knowledge to improve my photos going forward. He also seems to attract a very interesting, diverse, and somehow very compatible group of people, many of whom are return work-shoppers. Because of the positive nature of Kenny and the whole group, these workshops feel inspiring and encouraging and really enjoyable. I’ve recommended future workshops to friends and plan to attend as well.
